My client is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Dublin, Ireland site, which has recently undergone refurbishment and now serves as a hub for supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering services.
The main responsibilities of the role include leading a team of about 10 individuals in production, focusing on cost reductions, safety improvements, meeting production schedules, and reporting to the production manager.
The position offers a competitive salary plus a 15% performance-based bonus and other benefits, depending on experience. It's based in Dublin and involves shift work five days a week.
Experience and Education to ensure success in the Role:
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing
- Ideally previous leadership and GMP experience
- Degree, or higher in engineering, science or a related technical field#
