Within a recruitment business, the public focus tends to be on the recruitment consultants. However, what people don’t always see is the huge amount of work that goes on behind the scenes. One of the main reasons we have been so successful in recent years, and how we are able to grow Next Phase with confidence, is because of the incredible work conducted by our “Team FAB” (Finance, Analysis & Business Operations).
We are extremely proud of our team. We are also really excited to announce several promotions and role changes, which were revealed internally last week:
Claire Hales has been promoted from Operations Manager to Finance Supervisor
Sarah Seaford has been promoted from Finance Manager to Operations Director
Katie Benham is progressing from Operations Co-ordinator to Operations Manager
Sophie O’Sullivan is working towards progressing from Data Analyst to Business Analyst
Shane Lees is working towards progressing from Business Analyst to Senior Business Analyst

We are so grateful to have such a collaborative, proactive Team FAB, helping us all to work in a fast and efficient way to meet the needs of our clients and candidates. Among the many things they do, they:
Make sure that everything we do is in full compliance to GDPR regulations and best recruitment practice.
Ensure our contractors are paid correctly and on time.
Show consultants how to make the best use of technology, and come up with innovative solutions to benefit our clients.
Oversee and organise internal L&D, including bringing external trainers in to help with our ongoing professional and personal development.
Organise all of the different activities we undertake, including volunteering, charity fundraising and social events.
And, most importantly of all, they help to create a positive, buzzing environment!
We have rebranded the support team to “Team FAB” to provide cohesion within the support function and foster an inclusive environment which encourages collaboration between departments.
