How to Prepare for Your Interview and Set Yourself Up for Success

We don’t expect you to know recruitment before you interview - but a little preparation goes a long way.

Here’s what helps most candidates:
☑️ Be punctual and professional and ready to talk.
☑️Know your ‘why’ - what motivates you, what you enjoy, and where you want to grow.
☑️Be prepared to provide examples - part‑time work, projects, outreach, teamwork or sport.
☑️Show curiosity - have questions ready about training, support, success and progression.

This is a conversation, not an interrogation. We’re not trying to catch you out - we want to understand you and help you succeed.
