Today we're celebrating Georgie Lamberth's 3 year work anniversary, and what a journey she's been on. Georgie joined us as a trainee and through her commitment, curiosity and dedication quickly progressed to Recruitment Consultant and is now our Customer Success Manager.

This kind of growth is exactly why we’re so passionate about investing in people and building long-term careers, not just roles. Georgie’s evolution within the business reflects not only her own drive, but the value of having a team that is as committed to us as we are to them.
