With a background in Medical Devices and a degree in Sports Science, Julie is a Recruitment Specialist focusing on Human Factors in the Medical Devices and Healthcare sectors. Human Factors is a growing discipline that has applications in a number of industries, but its growth within life sciences is particularly significant. New and improved medical devices are emerging at an exciting rate and the onus is on the Human Factors function to ensure the safe and correct usability of this technology, particularly by patients at home.
