Nicole Cooper joined Next Phase in January 2022 as part of our recruitment training programme, taking the strong skills she has learned through her previous experience into the staffing sector. Nicole is our Contracts Specialist within the Delivery Team here at Next Phase. She focuses primarily on contract recruitment at all levels across the life science sector. As well as this, she has account management responsibilities and shows a fantastic attitude to delivering an exceptional service to all clients.
