Tunde Olashore

Tunde Olashore joined Next Phase in June 2022 as part of our recruitment training programme, taking the strong skills he has learned through his previous experience in sales, as well as working for a few years with DWP (Department of Work & Pensions) where we provided career advice and support to people looking to return to work. Having excelled in customer facing roles within busy environments, Tunde is excited to start his career in recruitment. We are equally excited to welcome Tunde into our growing team at Next Phase!

Tunde has great energy and takes a real interest in people, which will help make him an excellent Recruiter.

Tunde is now learning all about the worlds of cell and gene therapy, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and clinical trials, alongside building his expertise in interviewing and coaching candidates. He has made a great start - welcome to the team Tunde!
