Sue Wood is recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator to join a leading Pharmaceutical Supply Chain company based near Heathrow Airport. You will be joining a dedicated medical supply company that source and distribute pharmaceutical, consumable supplies and medical equipment to healthcare professionals around the world.
Working in a small dedicated team you will be supporting the HR Manager and will be responsible for providing administration support within the HR department and your daily tasks will include arranging meetings, updating daily activity reports and spreadsheets as well as drafting documents such as salary review and offer of employment letters. You will also be required to attend disciplinary and grievance meetings, and will be involved in organising training courses and overseeing in-house training as well as being involved in supporting the HR Manager in the recruitment of new staff, this will include arranging interviews, preparing interview packs, and organising new starter profiles and administering CRB checks.
Suitable candidates will ideally possess the following skills and experience:
- Will ideally have previous experience of working within a HR department
- Good PC skills, especially the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
You will be joining the company at an exciting time who have just moved into brand new state-of-the art premises and are in the process of expanding. In reward for your skills and experience my client is able to offer a salary of £20,000 plus a benefits package that includes a non-contributory pension scheme, life assurance and discretionary bonus.
