The Role
The role will include both quantitative and qualitative research projects and presenting and documenting results so that they may be applied to real life settings. Your working environment will also be varied and time will be spent within the lab, at client’s sites for field work and also at home, as my client is very open to remote working a few days a week – in order to open this opportunity to a wider range of candidates. The projects you will be involved in will also offer a great deal of variety, from developing dealing with stress tool kits for the workplace, providing expert witness testimony and amending legislative policy for best practices. As a not for profit organization, the company are independent and a highly regarded expert in their field. The successful candidate will join a 30 strong wider research team and have the opportunity to learn from very experienced human factors colleagues. My client provides a collaborative working environment and offers funding assistance for further academic study within the field.
