Job Description

One of Europe’s leading informatics and laboratory IT Service Providers have a brand-new opening for an CSV Consultant to join their constantly growing team in Basel. An international company, working across Europe, they have a reputation for being experts in their field and Computer Systems Validation is one of the core pillars of their business.  

Based in Basel, this role will suit an experienced CSV professional and someone who is looking for a good, hands-on, technical role. You will be responsible for validation planning, support and audits, operating as part of a project team for the customer’s needs. This will involve test planning, risk assessments, compliance and regulations training as well as the potential expansion or existing quality systems including technical writing around SOPs. As part of a service provider, you will be a key part of the project teams working with these clients and will be liaising with a cross section of project stakeholders, both within the company, the project team and the end client. With strong communication skills and fluency in German and English, this role requires strong knowledge of the informatics sector as well as pharmaceutical, R&D and clinical development industries, as well as full awareness of GxP requirements, 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5.  

With a strong track record of stakeholder management and computer systems validation, you will be highly skilled in the following; 

-          CSV, preferably within a pharmaceutical or R&D background
-          Project team experience and working to tight deadlines
-          Writing, approving and review technical documentation
-          Quality Management Systems experience
-          Strong knowledge of industry regulations
-          Degree level education within life sciences or computer science
-          Broader experience within informatics is desirables
