As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for employees and line managers on all HR issues and queries and will support administrative and operational activities within the HR department, but will focus on processing the monthly payroll and assisting on projects and initiatives within the HR department to include L&D and recruitment.
The successful candidate will need to be versatile, hard-working and a diligent individual with strong people skills. We are looking for someone with a solid grounding in HR, ideally gained within a busy and professional commercial organisation. You will need to have proven experience of processing Payroll, to include compiling monthly management information and reports and will have ideally used eHRMS. Sound knowledge of employment legislation is preferred as is someone who is either Part or fully CIPD qualified.
