The purpose of the Proposals Manager is to develop complex costings for bespoke project proposals, working closely with the Business Development and Technical staff to collate the relevant information. You will be working as part of a wider commercial team and reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working autonomously in this role. You will manage the process from end to end by initiating and following up with the required team members and 3rd party vendors for budgets and study specific feedback to result in high quality proposal documents.

Meaning there is significant growth in the role with the idea that this role will contribute to this by suggesting ways to improve and help develop the strategy to do so.
For this opportunity, you will need to have demonstrable experience of working in a similar position within the Biotech or Pharma Sector. With the ability to build complex proposals for custom requirements and manage this process from end to end. If you have experience of updating / creating cost models this is advantageous to your application but not essential.
