Job Description

Our client, based in Central London have a vacancy for a Quality Systems Associate to join their growing team. This is a key hire for them due to the launch of their first products planned for later this year and the Quality team are growing to manage this growing demand.

The Role

You will be responsible for oversight of the SOP’s, documentation, aspects of the QMS and performing trend analysis on Quality data. Working closely with the Quality Manager and Quality Director you will track and review important paper work including the CE technical file, audit schedules (both internal and external), quality training records, CAPA’s, change controls and deviations. As a pivotal member of the small team, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills and be confident in your abilities and problem-solving rationale. Support of QMS administration will also be a focus of your role alongside ensuring GMP and GDP compliance company wide.

The Company

A healthcare research and development company focused on inhalation medical devices. Working to support third party manufacturers with their design needs, whilst also working on their own product portfolio within the smoking cessation market, due to launch later this year. It is a very exciting time for the company and the launch, planned for later this year, will see the company continue to grow.

Experience

Due to the fast-paced nature and size of the company, my client is looking for someone with between 3 and 5 years relevant Quality Assurance experience gained within the medical device and/or drug delivery industry. Commercial knowledge of ISO 13485 is essential and ideally you will also have a Life or Applied Science degree. Although support will be given, my client is looking for a confident and capable Quality Associate who can make the job their own and operate with a certain degree of autonomy.
