The Role: You will join an expanding HR team which is split between Stevenage and the company’s partner site in Central London, your role will predominately be based in Stevenage although you will be required to travel to London occasionally when required. The new HR Administrator will be responsible for administrative and operational activities within the HR department and will report to the HR Manager with additional support from the Head of Human Resources. You will be the first point of contact for all employees for all HR related queries and will support the processing of the monthly payroll and assist with numerous projects. The role will also administer the majority of employee documentation including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.
Experience: The successful candidate will be a versatile, hard-working and diligent individual with strong people skills who has worked within a busy HR generalist environment with experience of administrating Payroll, with experience of recruitment activities, ensuring all paperwork is handled efficiently and proactively. Suitable candidates will ideally have experience of working with an eHRMS and have experience of working with Stakeholders and will be hold part or full CIPD qualification (although this is not essential) backed with strong English and Maths and high levels of computer literacy with excellent document administration skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with people at all levels, across different sites, through face-to-face, telephone and electronic communication.
You will be based full-time in Stevenage, with occasional travel (perhaps 2 or 3 times a month) to the company’s head office in Central London. Full details will be provided on application. This really is a great opportunity to join an expanding team, excellent salary and benefits package on offer.
