The role of the Data Integrity Analyst is to ensure the strategic management and execution of projects covering data migration, cleansing, management, governance and quality. As the lead on these activities you will also contribute to the provision of data definitions, establishing quality expectations and compliance to these. With involvement in projects from the very beginning and then throughout their lifecycle including contribution to strategy.
As the Data Integrity Analyst you will ensure all data is handled properly by all authorised parties along with the track records that detail what information is held by company systems at specific times. Ensuring the preservation of sensitive information held by making sure the firewall and security systems are up to date. You will work with internal colleagues and departments to establish a data management strategy and approach to cleansing, maintenance and quality control. To then manage this policy to ensure all employees adhere to it. In addition you will identify and then leverage opportunities to improve systems to ensure integrity is maintained at all times.
Desired Skills and Experience: You will need to have experience of working in a Data Integrity or similar role with expertise in the analysis of data, quality, cleansing and extraction / validation tools. You will also need to be knowledgeable in data profiling, root cause analysis, and quality improvement. With the ability to transfer user requirements into technical specifications, systems or processes. Experience of working in the pharmaceutical or biotech or other regulated sector is advantageous to your application.

Their headquarters are in central London where they have built a leading multidisciplinary team that has the ability to take a therapy from concept through the development cycle to the market. They collaborate with both academia and industry and they are able to provide the scientific, clinical and commercial expertise needed to overcome the challenges that hinder the commercialization of these fast developing, cutting edge technologies. They have constructed a purpose-built manufacturing centre which opened at the end of 2017 and immediately after opening additional funding was allocated for the centre to be doubled in size due to the demand for their services. This currently consists of 12 (of which 6 very recently completed) clean room suites out for collaborators to use to manufacture advanced therapies for use in clinical trials.
