Job Description

We are exclusively managing an exciting new opportunity with a French based organisation as they expand their headcount in the UK. This position is at the forefront of the business and will be home-based but is seeking those local to London for travel purposes.

Our client has developed a digital platform that enables information transfer across all phases of R&D and across different functions allowing for a seamless and efficient workflow allowing for greater capabilities than traditional LIMS and ELN platforms.

• To manage all aspects of diverse projects which require technical knowledge and business expertise
• To provide knowledge and technical expertise, working with Customers to understand, advise and define how the Platform can answer their requirements and deliver business benefit.
• The position is customer facing and as well as strong analytical skills and an understanding of lab digital platform.

Essential Functions
• Management of Requirements gathering & documentation processes
• Carry out business analysis engagements with customers including process mapping, data mapping and functional detailed specifications.
• Meeting with customer key users to understand and document their specific workflow and requirements and to understand how the Platform can respond to those requirements.
• Maintain and develop a working knowledge of Platform features and capabilities required for the successful delivery of Customer projects.
• Managing the entire project implementation and working with other parts of the business to ensure overall successful project delivery.
• Managing large, complex projects and be responsibility for timely delivery of quality project deliverables
• Leading feasibility studies, and proof of concept initiatives
• Review of customer RFPs and contributing to RFP responses
• Support the sales team by creating Project documentation including Statements of Work, timing plans, budgets, risk and issue logs, Change Requests, JIRA boards.
• Provide product feedback and commercial/domain experience to product development and enhancement.

Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience working with Laboratory Informatics Software products
• Technical experience in working with LIMS, ELN and/or enterprise document and data management
• Great skills in gathering requirements through interviews, data analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis
• Relevant life sciences/pharmaceutical industry knowledge
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence advantageous

• The primary office location will be from home, but the individual will be expected to work from time to time at other locations both in the UK, France and overseas.
• Travel varies, but on average approximately 15-30% of the time would be expected to be on-site with a customer.
