Job Description

In time for its next, closely watched, greatly-anticipated pipeline advancement and therefore subsequent significant expansion trajectory; this high-profile SME, developing a so-far significantly advanced technology versus anything else before seen in the industry, has now opened its doors with an opportunity for a motivated TA Specialist with a strong track record in multi-functional recruitment within pharma, to join its extremely popular and modern culture.

This role would be suitable for someone that thrives within a relaxed, collaborative, enjoyable culture, yet within an extremely busy, high-volume, ever changing recruitment role.

The person will be a key player in a small talent acquisition team that is ready and willing to share in one of the company’s most spoken about attractions by its employees – its long term vision (this initial 6 month contract also has a clear view to become a long term contract or permanent, if of interest. This is the same journey the rest of the TA team and other departments has experienced so far).

The role will support the current, highly unified and collaborative team in end-to-end recruitment activities and projects. Also, with the anticipated growth, this person will be presented with future progression opportunities in parallel with the expected trajectory of the company, reinforced by a multi-asset pre-clinical and clinical pipeline that to date has caught significant levels of positive attention from the industry.

Due to the popularity and level of competition to work for this company, as well as their rapid and rigid recruitment process, they are not the easiest to secure a role within, however if successful people tend to stay for the long term. Therefore, if this has raised intrigue and you would like to know more, it is advisable to apply for more information asap to maximise your chances of success.
