URGENT TEMP ROLE IN WORTHING WITH IMMEDIATE START!
Are you a creative problem solver and excellent communicator who can support process and continuous improvement? 1 brand-new temporary role have arisen with a Pharmaceutical company in Worthing, West Sussex, within their production department. This is a temporary contract, paying the equivalent of £22,000 salary (£11.28 per hour, plus statutory amounts) to start in September for an initial 3 months to cover loss of staff due to isolation as a result of Covid 19.
You will work 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday. You will be supporting projects and day to day manufacturing ensuring that all processes function efficiently and produce repeatable results. A large part of this role will be gathering and trending data, using this information as the basis for the rationale of any recommendations. This will include the use of spreadsheets and the ability to undertake complex in process calculations including dilution factors and chemical corrections. You will be required to write technical reports and convey clear information to various departments.
We are looking for candidates with a background in GMP/sterile processing ideally, preferably backed with a degree or similar qualification (e.g.: HNC or equivalent in a Biochemistry discipline is preferred). A background in process improvement, with knowledge of change controls, non – conformances, root cause analysis, CAPAs, effectiveness check and protocol deviations would be a strong advantage. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and with individuals at all levels within the business. You must have strong Microsoft Office skills including the ability to scrutinize and present data. You will also need to be able to demonstrate problem-solving, time management and scheduling skills.
Candidates will regrettably not be considered if they have booked excessive holiday during the period of September – December. Occasional days off will be permitted, but not several days in one block.
