Our client is a premier consulting company with 20+ years of experience assisting heavily regulated biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical companies with their GxP technologies. They are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical client are seeking a Business Analyst/ Project Manager for LIMS Deployment.
• This is a contract role, with a minimum duration of 6 months, with potential extension.
• The role will be remotely based but requires who can travel to sites in Spain, Ireland, Germany and Massachusetts, USA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong Project Management/ Business Analysis
• To have experience of managing global sites to prepare for LIMS go-live
• Experience of deploying LIMS is essential
• Experience of master data setup, training completion, and local site SOP development is essential
• Additional experience of MODA would be advantageous
