A Commercial Contract Manager is required to join one of the UK’s top Pharmaceutical companies. You will act as Act as a subject matter expert for all stakeholders, managing and advising on all contracts and commercial agreements which includes all pricing, discounts and rebates.
The role is initially a 6 month contract position, with a good chance of extension beyond this. This is a mix of home working with commuting to Surrey. There is a competitive hourly rate ranging up to £37.00 per hour depending on experience which equivalents to £55,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate price change requests
- Ensure all documentation is in line with SOP & internal, external audit requirements and ensure 100% compliance by all parties
- Undertake commercial performance analysis
- Regular reviews of SOP and audit requirements
- Participate in meetings
- Project manage 3rd party contract pricing and discount management
- Adhere to UK Law & Data Protection requirements in all activities
- Communicate with Customers, Procurement, NHS and Private Hospitals
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Understanding of NHS reimbursement mechanism (Drug Tariff, Cat M)
- Experience of working with external agencies, vendors, colleagues and external senior management
- Experience of using IT Systems to manage payment processes and customer information B2B systems
