Our global growth client supports a broad range of science-driven companies with their scientific informatics services including lab informatics integration, digital transformation, and data science.

You will be responsible for the growth of strategic key customers in Germany. The growth will primarily take place in the R&D departments of pharmaceutical and biotech companies and will help to develop new business. You will work with our customers' business users and managers in conjunction with the internal team. The Customer Success Manager will have proven experience in account management or programme management, and be able to identify key customers, market trends, new opportunities, and growth areas.

Responsibilities include;
Development of the customer portfolio
•    Identify and grow opportunities within the customer base, growing customer engagements.
•    Assessing industry trends to identify areas for improvement
•    Development of recommendations and future strategies for new scientific organizations
•    Solid understanding of current client portfolio and scientific applications
•    Project management, program management and account management (customers and internal)
Development of new business areas
•    Building and maintaining relationships with new customers
•    Identifying and developing new opportunities with existing and new customers by promoting our client as a partner for R&D solutions
•    Managing a long-term growth strategy in Germany and other countries
•    Active contribution to achieving corporate goals

Required Experience;
•    Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in a scientific or health-related field
•    Proven experience as a program manager, account management or in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
•    Strong experience with R&D information systems such as LIMS, ELN, SDMS
•    Good understanding of developments in the field of scientific applications

This role can be fully remotely based in Germany. Offices are in Frankfurt and Munich.
