RESPONSIBILITIES


Perform calibration services in accordance with work order instructions, associated procedures and regulatory standards.
•       Complete electronic notification and/or paper documents to confirm completion of tasks
•       Respond to equipment/system breakdowns, provide first line instrumentation/electrical diagnostic’s and arrange or self-schedule, components and (if necessary) resource for repair
•       Perform planned maintenance in accordance with work order instructions and associated procedures.
•       Perform instrumentation installation works in accordance with regulated standards
•       Perform minor electrical installation works in accordance with regulated standards
•       Perform equipment and installation testing in accordance with scheduled, documented tasks and relevant standards
•       Make provision for safe system of work including isolations for self and 3rd parties.
•       Arrange and work to Permit To Work where relevant
•       Support Third Party resources to complete contracted tasks
•       Document equipment/system modifications using relevant procedure
•       Complete regulatory documentation
•       Report equipment services or events which are out of regulatory compliance using relevant procedure
•       Communicate equipment status to Operational Personnel

Training & Education:
•       Instrumentation, Electrical or multi-skilled based Apprenticeship/Training and instrumentation/electrical engineering working experience
•       Recognised cross skilling training and/or qualification – Instrumentation to Electrical
•       Independent competency testing regarding electrical multiskilling
•       Experience of working within Pharmaceutical Environment
•       Knowledge of GxP in Engineering Applications
•       User level computer knowledge for completing documentation and email
•       User level knowledge of their computerised maintenance systems
•       Standard Operating Procedures and instructions relevant to Job Function
