We are currently working with a clinical stage gene therapy company based in London who is looking for a Manufacturing Improvement Associate to join their team in London. This company has 6 programs in clinical development and operate mainly from their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility completed in early 2018.
The main purpose of the role will be to be responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement approaches in the manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for conducting audits, leading internal investigation and support of Manufacturing team members.
