A Market Access Manager is required to join one of the UK’s top Pharmaceutical companies who are known for discovering and developing over 150 + Medicines and they are currently working on 27 Clinical Trials across 71 UK Sites. You will be responsible for the development and execution of market access to ensure timely, sustainable access to medicines and vaccines for patients in the UK.
This role is initially a 12-month contract position, with a good chance of extension beyond this. My client is based around the Surrey area. Although, for the right person this role could be remote based. For a highly experienced Market Access Manager who can fulfil all the essential criteria, is a competitive hourly rate ranging up to £74.12 per hour depending on experience which equivalents to £112,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead communications across Global and UK cross functional teams to deliver launch and pricing strategies.
- Address challenges, anticipate key trends, analyse organisational implications and translate into recommendations by providing evidence.
- Work closely with H&V, Asset and Access, Key Stakeholders, Academia, NHS and Global Market Access teams.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the UK market access environment
- Experience in market access and launching new pharmaceutical products in a HTA market
- Knowledge and understanding of Health Economics
- Experience or knowledge within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to take accountability for business challenges, tackle complex problems and can spot trends/patterns.
