The role is initially a 6 month contract position, with a good chance of extension beyond this. This is a hybrid role with the office being based in Surrey, just outside the M25. For a highly experienced Medical Information Associate who can fulfil all of the essential criteria, is a competitive hourly rate ranging up to £23 per hour depending on experience.
Key responsibilities for the Medical Information Associate role:
- Provide responses in English and Italian.
- Create and maintain medical information documents.
- Ensure the medical information is accurate and meets the customer’s needs.
- Respond to inquiries received via phone, email, or the intranet.
- Document the inquiry and response accurately according to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- To be able to handle escalated medical information inquires and product quality complaints.
- Maybe required to provide training and support other team members.
- Ensure country specific data is up to date.
- To be able to understand regulatory and compliance issues.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Experience in either Pharmaceutical or healthcare
- At least 1-2 year’s experience in medical information
- Degree in life science or healthcare field
- Strong written and communication skills
