If you are a highly motivated Postdoctoral Scientist, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Material Characterisation team of a global pharmaceutical organisation. You will work with mentors and colleagues to develop 3D chemical imaging approaches and modelling methods for the investigation of pharmaceutical products.

The role is a 23-month contract and it’s based in Sandwich, Kent. There is a competitive hourly rate ranging from £20 to £25.19, working through an umbrella company.

Role Responsibilities

  • Highly motivated and ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise and research experience using vibrational spectroscopic imaging   approaches to study pharmaceutical products.

  • Independently design experiments to collect 3D hyperspectral imaging data on pharmaceutical tablets and solid dosage forms
