Do you have a scientific degree and experience in QA in pharmaceutical manufacturing? 2 x brand-new role has been created for QA Operations Officers to join a pioneering Biopharmaceutical organisation in Worthing, West Sussex due to the growth of the company. This role will provide the opportunity to become a QP for the right individual.
 
These are permanent position, paying a competitive salary depending on your experience plus benefits. The role will be site based 5 days a week in Worthing with flexibility working from home 1- or 2-days max.

The Role
You will join a busy QA department to provide support for production and manufacturing areas. You will act as an SME and will be the first point of contact for operations. You will be responsible for streamlining batch review and batch release processes and provide a link between Operations and Batch Release Team, which will enable you to use your communication skills.  Day to day duties will involve non-conformances, CAPA, Investiagtions (including GEMBA), change controls and support the Documentation Control and undertake a range of other responsibilities relating to continuous improvement. In addition, you will have the opportunity to expand into other areas of Quality Assurance activities.

Experience
The successful candidate will have a scientific degree paired with strong QA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing working in aseptic/ sterile cleanroom areas following GxP regulations. You will demonstrate the ability to multitask, use basic statistical tools and methods plus have proven abilities in Word, Excel and/or Access to process and display data graphically. Experience of using Trackwise would be advantageous to your application though can consider experience with other eQMS software as well. In addition, you will need a strong and enthusiastic work ethic, excellent communication skills and attention to detail and enjoy a closely-knit team environment.
