Do you have experience in selling Scientific Software? Have you worked within the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology market? Have you met or exceeded sales targets in your positions?

We are currently working with a global client who specialises in providing Sample Management Platforms for companies within the Life Science sector. Due to their ongoing growth, they are currently looking to expand their sales team in Europe. 

You will be a Regional Sales Manager where your focus will be on the development of new business, providing market intelligence and building well qualified pipelines. 

This role can be fully remotely based with an anticipated travel of 25%.

Responsibilities:
•    Develop an EMEA business plan to ensure repeatable and continued business growth.
•    Achieve and exceed sales quota for dedicated region.
•    Manage the overall sales process and provide feedback to improve and develop effective sales tools.
•    Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is up to date.
•    Deliver customer presentations.
•    Work with technical staff on demo deliveries.
•    Be the primary commercial account contact, responsible for account customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Experience required:
•    Several years SaaS sales experience including traditional account management responsibilities.
•    Experience with R&D business and IT groups, sample management, bio banking/biorepositories preferred.
•    Proven success and demonstrable knowledge of the sales process for SaaS Software/capital equipment.
•    Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’ at all levels.
•    Proven ability and track record of achieving sales quotas
•    CRM experience, ideally Salesforce

Location:
These roles can be remotely based. 
Travel % - It is anticipated this will be 25%, but could be up to 50%.
