I am currently looking for a Software Quality Engineer who will be working with an exciting and successful fast-growing pharmaceuticals company that is a global leader in clinical trial services. This role can be done completely remotely from anywhere in the United States!!


  • Become a subject matter expert on how our product works and in the RTSM domain

  • Define and write manual test cases and complex workflows for our application

  • Write efficient, well designed code for our automated tests

  • Work closely with other QE team members in designing our test cases, making sure they are written with automation in mind

  • Assist with developing new features in our frameworks and automation platform

  • Help be an advocate across our organisation for testing and test automation

The position requires a minimum of 3-5 experience as an SQE and working knowledge of automated testing tools.  The following skills are essential:  

  • Demonstrable experience with a high level program language with particular emphasis on applying that to test automation

  • Prior experience with test automation on a dynamic website using Selenium WebDriver

  • Knowledge of SQL – We use PostgreSQL

  • Knowledge of what Page Objects are and why they are important

  • Experience with Git

 Familiarity with the following is desired, but not required:  

  • Any experience with JavaScript, NodeJS and/or Python

  • Experience with a continuous integration environment such as Jenkins, Bamboo or Travis

  • Experience with distributed testing using Selenium Grid

  • Understanding of automation best practices and test design patterns

  • Knowledge of Git Flow

  • Experience with API testing

  • Working in a Scrum-based development process


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
