Today (16th February 2022) is recognised internationally as Innovation Day, which is a good time to highlight three of our latest innovations that enable us to offer the best-possible staffing solutions.

  1. We integrate personality profiling into every aspect of our recruitment process, using pioneering AI technology to identify areas where our candidates will excel, bring extra value to teams, or find certain elements of their role more difficult. This gives hiring managers suggestions of questions to ask in interview, to really scrutinise each candidate and ensure they make the right hires.

  2. We provide a customisable recruitment portal to all our clients, enabling GDPR-compliant review and processing of all applications without lots of back-and-forth e-mails.

  3. We have worked with our consultants to ensure that their working hours suit the time zones of the countries they support, with flexibility to amend hours where needed. This ensures that our clients can have direct contact with a Next Phase consultant at any time of day, wherever they are in the world.
