International Women's Day - 2024

​To celebrate International Women's Day, we decided to champion all the fabulous women in our company and recognise the support we provide each other. So with that in mind, we asked each of them to say what they admire in one of the other women in the business, and here's what they said:

Georgie – Just a delight to work with, and also a great supporter of others. She brings a smile to any day, and her resilience is admirable.

Sarah - So full of energy and always brings positive vibes in the office. Extremely hardworking and ready to take on any tasks that this role throws her way!

Sophie - Constantly and consistently radiates a comforting, caring and supportive presence which makes her one of the easiest people to speak to about absolutely everything and absolutely nothing. She’s super ambitious, and I love hearing how she succeeds outside of work too, dedicating herself whole heartedly to everything bringing a hugely positive influence to the team.

Claire - An amazing presence to have around who is always happy to help no matter what. A caring and inspiring person to be around and always makes the ladies in the office feel good about themselves with her compliments and happy nature. She has lived a fascinating life that I love hearing about and inspires me to do more with mine!

Nicole – Always working incredibly hard at work. Really inspiring and motivational with the fitness events she competes in! Great colleague to have at the office!

Gabby - she's ambitious and has conquered her fears of heights whilst on our activity days doing zip lining and abseiling.

Polly – an absolute gem of a person to have in the office, always willing to help anyone and such an infectious personality. Has a real ability to talk to anyone and that shows in the results she’s achieving. Has a real determination to do well and knows what she wants! Love her confidence.

Alex  - She is a true professional. A full-time working mum who dominates at both, always giving the best of herself. An honest and intelligent woman who radiates positivity and fun both in and out of the office. It is such a pleasure to work and be friends with a strong and independent woman, a true inspiration for us all here atNext Phase Recruitment, and even more so for her two beautiful girls.
