​It's a well know fact that we're a highly competitive bunch at Next Phase Recruitment and our chilli growing competition has definitely shown how seriously some of us take these "fun" events 😀

Turns out Shane Lees-Bothamley is a secret professional chilli plant grower and has now repotted his giant plants for the 3rd time!! However sometimes it's not the size of your plant that matters, as Ollie Gearing's plant is the first one to actually have a chilli growing!!
