Shane initially joined us as a Recruitment Consultant, however it quickly became clear his real talents lay elsewhere and he became our Data Analyst. Since then he has continued to develop his skills and the support he provides to the team and is now our Performance & Insights Manager.

Shane is the perfect example of how important it is to recognise the skills your team has and adapt their career path accordingly.
