​And the 2nd promotion at Next Phase Recruitment is for Ollie Gearing
who has been promoted to Associate Director, specialising in AI/ML, Computational Sciences, and Software.

As Ollie says:
I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve been promoted to Associate Director, specialising in AI/ML, Computational Sciences, and Software.

A huge thank you to all the clients and candidates I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years, and especially to the amazing team at Next Phase Recruitment for the continued support, trust, and opportunity. This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without you.

I’m really looking forward to stepping into a more strategic role within the business and to many more great years ahead.

I’ll also continue to genuinely enjoy speaking with such inspiring people across the tech-bio space, learning about the incredible new technologies being developed, how they’re shaping the future, and being able to grow alongside such a fast-moving and innovative market. I’m excited to see these conversations, relationships, and the space itself continue to grow.

Massive congratulations Ollie, this is really well deserved after an incredibly 2025. We can't wait to see you reach even greater heights in 2026.
