​Being Busy Isn’t the Same as Progressing.

A lot of recruiters are busy right now. Filling gaps. Covering desks. Keeping things ticking over. But busy doesn’t always equal forward movement.

Progress looks like:

✳️ gaining autonomy
✳️ having a clear path ahead
✳️ being trusted to make decisions
