Promotions at Next Phase Recruitment.

​We are really excited and proud to announce not one but TWO further promotions at Next Phase Recruitment.

The first is Aaron Stone, who having just celebrated his 5 year work anniversary, has been promoted to Head of Talent Team.

In Aaron's words:

This role is a step up in responsibility and scope, and I’m grateful for the trust and support from the leadership team and the wider business. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some brilliant people, deliver for great clients, and help scale our delivery function along the way.
