Backed by the go-to cell & gene therapy venture capital firm, whose extremely rare, unique and highly sought after seed-then-journey approach to investments have enabled them to create some of the most successful, popular, secure and culturally-craved portfolios of next-generation cell & gene therapy Biotech companies ever seen in industry; this high-profile and much-anticipated early clinical stage immuno-oncology Biotech now has an opportunity for a brand new, mission-focused, “can-do” PMO Project Manager to add further value to their unified, vision-led culture and directly support the CEO through their next stage of highly-anticipated growth.

This position would only be suitable for someone that thrives in a highly visible, senior multi-functional internal/external stakeholder role – a person with an innate drive that relishes pressure and is comfortable feeling uncomfortable within a next-generation Biotech environment, on course to change the future of healthcare for cancer patients.

Reporting to the ever-popular, highly respected and immensely experienced industry-CEO, with a successful startup, exit and investment history to-date; you will have multiple opportunities to plan, develop and direct both strategically planned company-wide projects as well as far usually rarer, exclusive, infinitely-varied ad-hoc “overspill” projects, directly from the CEO during high-demand stages of business.

You will have full accountability for the entire coordination and growth of the PMO team, leadership of the management steering groups, and overall business-impact improvement projects, providing unsealed opportunity to really create & influence your own parallel growth prospects for your personal career path aspirations.

Key Requirements;
MBA qualification
5+ years PMO/Project Management experience
Pharma/Scientific background
Consultancy history hugely advantageous

Note: A demonstrable “can-do” attitude underpinning all the above, to align with the enviable company-wide culture, is of primary importance

Given the nature of this role and popularity of the company, and as is usually the case, we are already experiencing high engagement from our direct candidate network. Therefore, if this opportunity has raised any intrigue it is strongly advisable to apply urgently for more information, to avoid missing out.

Best of luck!
