This is a permanent position for an experienced Supervisor or Team Leader to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company based on the West Sussex coast. This role is paying a very competitive salary, bonus, and benefits. You will be based on site in West Sussex, which houses state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for the production of life-changing vaccines.
The Role
As a Production Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising a team of 20 production technicians, involving performance and absence reviews, as well as overseeing planning, scheduling, and recruitment.
- Taking charge of production oversight and day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring compliance with inspections and audits.
- Collaborating across functions, including quality, engineering, and finance.
Experience
- Extensive expertise in leading and managing teams within a production environment.
- Strong GMP or clean room experience
