​Principal Analytical Development Scientist

Principal Analytical Development Scientists are senior specialists responsible for developing, validating, and overseeing analytical methods used in the testing of biologics or pharmaceutical products. Their role ensures product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

They lead method transfer, support GMP manufacturing, and provide technical oversight in areas such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, and spectroscopy. Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and experience with IND/BLA submissions is essential.
