Production Scientists I & II
Production Scientists at levels I & II are hands-on roles involved in the manufacturing of biologics, cell therapies, or pharmaceutical products. Their work includes upstream and downstream operations, aseptic techniques, and batch record completion within GMP environments.
Level I focuses on executing protocols under supervision, while Level II takes on greater independence, troubleshooting, and potentially mentoring junior team members. These roles are essential to maintaining consistent and compliant production output.
