Account Manager
Account Managers in the life sciences sector maintain and grow relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Responsibilities:
Managing existing client portfolios – Understanding their needs and ensuring service excellence.
Providing product or service support – Acting as a liaison between the client and technical or delivery teams.
Tracking KPIs and renewals – Ensuring targets are met and proactively managing contract timelines.
Resolving issues efficiently – Escalating concerns and maintaining client trust.
Collaborating with sales and marketing – Sharing insights that inform campaigns and pipeline strategies.
This role blends commercial awareness with relationship management and is ideal for someone who understands scientific services or technology.
