Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant you'll be pivotal in partnering with our clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering customised recruitment solutions. This role offers exciting opportunities for career growth and collaboration with leading companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish relationships with potential clients.
Build and nurture strong client relationships.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various methods.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments.
Manager the interview and offer process with clients.
Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in recruitment tools/software.
