Bioanalytical Manager

Bioanalytical Managers lead teams responsible for the development and validation of analytical methods that measure drug levels and biomarkers in biological matrices. Their work supports pharmacokinetic, toxicokinetic, and immunogenicity studies.

Key duties:

  • Overseeing LC-MS/MS and ligand-binding assays – For plasma, serum, urine, or tissue analysis.

  • Managing GLP and GCLP-compliant operations – Ensuring data integrity and readiness for regulatory submission.

  • Leading method validation and transfer – Collaborating with CROs or internal labs to standardise assays.

  • Supervising scientists and analysts – Ensuring resource allocation and mentorship across studies.

  • Interacting with clinical and regulatory teams – Supporting INDs, NDAs, and study reports with validated data.

This role requires deep analytical expertise, regulatory understanding, and project leadership in bioanalytical sciences.​

Farnham

Farnham is an attractive town in Surrey in South East England approximately 35 miles from London, 11 miles from Guildford and 20 miles from Basingstoke.  Farnham has a very long history, with artefacts from the Stone, Bronze and Iron Age having been discovered.   Farnham Castle was the scene of many battles during the Civil War when the town supported the Parliamentarians rather than the Royalists.  In the ensuing years Farnham grew into a successful market town and, with the arrival of the railway, a popular commuter town.   Visitor attractions within easy reach of Farnham include Waverley Abbey, the first Cistercian Abbey in England, the Surrey Hills Area, the North Downs Way, Alice Holt Forest and Frensham Ponds.
