Biologics Manufacturing Team Lead
Team Leads in Biologics Manufacturing manage day-to-day operations on the production floor, coordinating technicians and scientists to deliver batches on time and within specification. They ensure adherence to GMP, troubleshoot production issues, and oversee documentation.
This role blends hands-on oversight with people management, supporting continuous improvement and staff training in biologics production environments such as monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, or gene therapies.
Nottingham is a major site for clinical trials, including clinical supply (CTS), the improvement of RTMS, IXRS, IVRS, IVR and other informatics technology for use in clinical trials.
