Head of Pharmaceutical Development – Formulations

Heads of Pharmaceutical Development direct all activities related to formulation, process development, and scale-up of pharmaceutical products. They ensure smooth transition from early-stage R&D through to clinical and commercial readiness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading formulation strategy – Supporting NCEs, generics, or biologics with optimal delivery and stability.

  • Managing cross-functional development teams – Aligning scientists, analytical chemists, and manufacturing.

Brighton
