The ADVANCE programme was launched to help support people in the early stages of their ATMP careers. It is a series of self-paced online courses, funded by Erasmus Plus and promoted by Eatris, which enables people to immerse themselves in the world of Advanced Therapies.

A lot of people may not know of this series of courses, but it is well worth exploring as part of the development of your own career and those of your team.
We hosted a roundtable discussion at the recent Advanced Therapies congress (at the ExCeL in London, October 2021) about tackling skills shortages in the ATMP industry and the broader Biotech sector. The resultant Next Phase report provides useful resources for hiring managers, business leaders and HR teams to help attract and retain people for their different roles.
