We were delighted to be presented an award for ‘Local Business Volunteering Excellence’ from the Friends of Horsham Park, as a recognition for the efforts we have made throughout 2021 to help with the maintenance and improvement of the park!
We are very proud of our town, and the park is an important part of Horsham’s heritage, social scene and attraction of families to the area. Massive congratulations to Sally Sanderson and the Friends of Horsham for being awarded a South & South East In Bloom award, which is testament to the hard work and collective efforts of many great individuals.
Volunteering forms a significant part of our team culture at Next Phase. We give everyone across the company 2 days / 4 half days of paid leave per year to go out and volunteer in the local community. Working in the park has been a major initiative for a few of our team in 2021, alongside which some other people have helped in a local nursing home, a church group, a funfair and a primary school.
