Massive congratulations to Gabby Boczon for being promoted to Senior Delivery Consultant!
Gabby joined Next Phase in June 2021, after achieving a 2.1 in her Psychology degree at University of Sussex. And what a great first 15 months she has had!
Being the first person to join our revamped graduate training programme, Gabby has excelled in learning all about the world of life science recruitment and has now placed a number of people in different positions within Cell & Gene Therapy and Pharmaceutical businesses, with an increasing focus on Informatics.
Not only has Gabby exceeded her sales targets but she continues to be a very active member of the team, bringing positive energy to everything she does, and encouraging her teammates along the way.
Gabby attended the Lab of the Future congress in Amsterdam, alongside Alex Butcher. She has taken the lead in organising our upcoming roundtable discussion with GMP professionals in London. What’s more, outside of the office Gabby has volunteered in an animal rescue shelter and helping out in Horsham Park; and she put herself forward to abseil down Spinnaker Tower in September – despite a fear of heights – to help raise much-needed more for Action Medical Research.
Her promotion to Senior Delivery Consultant is highly deserved and we are very proud of her. Well done Gabby!
