​🙌 Huge congratulations to Jude Southon on his 1 year anniversary with Next Phase Recruitment.

Jude joined us with 9 month recruiting experience and hit the ground running, he sped through our training programme and was promoted to Recruitment Consultant in September. Since then he has gone from strength to strength, bringing on some great new clients, looking after his candidates, making placements, hitting targets and and is a really highly valued member of our team.
