He's done it again!! Huge congratulations to Aaron Stone for being voted Next Phase Recruitment's Star of the Month for June.

The award is voted for my the team, for the colleague they believe has most demonstrated our values. It’s an opportunity for us all to recognise their hard work and commitment to being the best!

We love hearing the reasons everyone votes for their colleagues, and this month it's clear that Aaron's consistency in making great placements (and dedication to looking after Gabby Boczon's chilli plants) is why the team voted for him:

⭐️ consistent placements, managing my handover and replanting my chillies!
⭐️ good management, and continues to roll out placements successfully
⭐️ making loads of placements every month, almost enough to pay for the pokemon cards!
